Q: What's included in the rental?
The rental includes the Titan ONE pickleball machine, 2x batteries, charger, a ball picker-upper, and a supply of pickleballs (X40, Gamma) green.
Q: Can the machine be used for both indoor and outdoor courts?
Yes, the machine can be used on both indoor and outdoor courts. Be careful of rain or moisture. You are liable for any water damage.
Q: How long does the battery last?
It depends on your speed and intervals, but I can generally get 1 hour per battery.
Q: Can the machine simulate different shot types (topspin, backspin, etc.)?
Yes, it can add extreme topspin and backspin configured in the app.
Q: How do I transport the machine?
The machine has large trolley wheels and an extendable handle for easy transport. Be sure to lift it carefully when loading and unloading from your vehicle.
Q: What happens if I lose or damage the equipment?
You are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment. Lost balls are charged at $2 per ball. Damage to the machine beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Q: What happens if I'm late picking up or returning the machine?
There is a 30-minute grace period. Late returns beyond that incur a 25% of the daily rental rate fee. Please communicate any delays.
Q: Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are possible depending on availability. Contact me as soon as possible to request an extension.
Q: Where is the pickup location?
The pickup location is in Nob Hill. The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of your rental.
Q: What do I do if the machine malfunctions?
Contact me immediately, and I'll do my best to troubleshoot the issue remotely. If necessary, we can arrange an exchange or refund.
Q: Can you deliver the machine?
Subject to availability, I can deliver it for $50 anywhere within 30 minutes of downtown SF.
